Sometimes packages get a bit delayed. If you think your order is lost we ask that you wait an additional 2 weeks for Canadian customers, 3 weeks for USA customers and 4-5 weeks for International customers.
Most orders ship through Canada Post Lettermail to keep shipping costs down. Both Lettermail and Oversized Lettermail do not offer tracking or insurance, so unfortunately if your order gets lost we cannot refund you. But we will say that on over 200 orders we have not yet experienced anything lost in the mail, knock on wood!
If you want to make sure your order comes with tracking and insurance, choose Canada Post Expedited on checkout. If any item goes missing in the mail through Expedited we will refund or resend your item provided it is still in stock for no fee.
