What is my tracking number?
Most orders ship through Canada Post Lettermail, which does not offer tracking. If you would like to make sure tracking is included, choose Canada Post Expedited at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We take return requests on a case-by-case basis. Please send us an email at email@example.com, and we will do our best to make things right.
How do I arrange local pickup?
Choose 'Free Local Pickup' at checkout and we will send you a message once it is ready for pickup at Recess—1333 9th Avenue SE Calgary AB—during their business hours. Please make sure to whitelist firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid missing our message!
Why doesn't my item look like the image on the website?
Our items are handmade: we cut, foil, sew, bind, etc. in house. We also use printing methods with less predictability (risograph and screenprinting), so slight imperfections are to be expected. Please check out our stockists or visit us at various craft fairs throughout the year if you'd like to see our products up-close.
